Christine Quigley


Christine mainly advises clients in the transport and infrastructure sectors, developing and delivering strategic public affairs campaigns.

Before joining Newington from GK Strategy, Christine was Head of Public Affairs at the Rail Delivery Group, the rail industry’s strategic body, and political adviser to a Shadow Secretary of State for Transport. She began her career in the charity sector and in agency, and has worked with clients across a range of heavily-regulated sectors, including transport and travel, energy, property and retail, FMCG and health.

Christine is a CIPR accredited practitioner and Chair of the CIPR Public Affairs Committee. She is also a governor of a sixth-form college and mentor. She stood as a Labour candidate in the 2012 London Assembly elections and is a former chair of London Young Labour and vice-chair of the Labour Party Irish Society.
