In September Newington organised a significant press opportunity for Legal & General and Mitsubishi to promote a major office development in Hammersmith.

The event, on the roof of 245 Hammersmith Road, was attended by senior staff and local political leaders.

Cllr Ben Coleman, Cabinet Member for Commercial Revenue and Resident Satisfaction, and the site team met as major crushing equipment was hoisted into place.

Newington organised the event to promote our client to local politicians, businesses and residents. This was an opportunity to highlight our clients’ commitment to employ local people, accommodate up to 2,500 new jobs and develop our strong working relationship with the Borough.

Newington provides essential construction communications support by working with companies such as Legal & General Property, the fourth largest institutional property fund manager in the UK.

Global construction company Lendlease are responsible for the construction of 245 Hammersmith Road and the Erith Group is the contractor responsible for the demolition of the existing building.
