The role

We’re looking for a great communicator, networker and horizon-scanner. You’ll have experience in politics, policy or communications and a passion for client service. Our people are collaborators, so we are looking for a team player.

Like all of our consultants, you must be a problem solver, take pride in your work, be approachable, and have a ‘can do’ attitude. In addition, successful candidates will:

  • Be graduate level or have equivalent experience in politics and communications
  • Have a knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, business, politics and the media
  • Have experience working in the fields of politics, campaigning, policy or communications
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Have strong research and organisational skills
  • Possess a professional eye for detail
  • Have the ability to think clearly, rise to challenges and work as part of a team as well as under your own initiative

 

We offer

Training and opportunities to learn, plus formal mentoring and line manager feedback to grow.

Salary: £23,000+ (depending on experience)

Benefits: performance related bonus, flexitime, Friday drinks, season ticket loan, cycle to work

Location: Central London, close to Southwark and Borough tube stations
